B1 has a long lasting business relation with the Ynap Group. It started in 2009 when Yoox Group approached the Stock Exchange Market that lead to the 3,6 Billion fusion with The Net A Porter in 2015.
After the great experience in the financial Roadshow, for its 1st Capital Market Day the group chose B1 to merge the needs of both company cultures into a unique one. They needed to rely on a team of experts able to advise and deliver with energy and confidence in order to incorporate the two realities and set a milestone for what is now the global leader on luxury fashion e-commerce, in a crucial period of time.
With an intensive one-day agenda to transfer the strategic vision of the group after the fusion fast forward to 2020, the direction of the whole event needed to be seamless.
Both Event floors were customized: from carpeting the floors with the just right off-white color, to choosing the finest cutlery and comfy chairs for a day long conference.
Nothing was left to chance when these two companies wanted to share their combined vision and future plans to shareholders and investors. By merging the two realities; the Italian and the British “magic flair” for luxury goods and innovation, ensured the passion and bonds shared by the new group were projected to their audience.
